What makes Plié different from other shapewear? Unlike standard shapewear that only provides compression, Plié is a functional treatment. Our garments are made with Emana® 6.6 Polyamide yarn, which contains bioactive minerals that turn body heat into Far Infrared Rays to improve circulation and skin texture.

How long does the Emana® technology last? The minerals are embedded directly into the DNA of the yarn. This means the technology will never wash out or lose its effectiveness for the lifetime of the garment.

Is it suitable for the Philippine weather? Yes. All Plié garments undergo a hydrophilic treatment, which allows the fabric to breathe and wicks sweat away three times faster than cotton, keeping you cool in tropical humidity.

Will the high-waist styles roll down? No. Our high-waist products feature a medical-grade silicone-lined waistband that grips the skin gently to ensure the garment stays in place without rolling or folding.

Sizing & Care

How do I find my perfect size? Plié is designed for a snug, firm fit. We recommend choosing based on your current waist and hip measurements rather than your usual clothing size. If you are between sizes, we generally suggest sizing up for all-day comfort.

How do I wash my Plié garments? To protect the technical fibers and silicone:

 - Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent.

 - Do not use fabric softener, as it clogs the Emana® fibers and reduces breathability.

 - Always air dry in the shade; never tumble dry.

Can I wear Plié every day? Yes. Most of our SKUs, like the Control High Waist Bermuda and Emana High Waist Shorts, are designed for 12+ hours of wear. For best results in cellulite reduction, we recommend wearing Emana® products for at least 6 hours daily.

Postpartum & Medical Recovery

When can I start wearing Plié after giving birth?
